Doesn’t blow heat
They advertise 24/7 to get assistance. NOT TRUE. I have been e mailing customer support for 1 week with no help. No manual came with remote control and all I need is for them to send me one. The unit comes on and you can adjust cool temp. up and down but cannot get it to go on automatic. the fan will turn off only if you shut the complete system down if not it fan runs consistently. I cannot figure how to get the heat pump to come on so A manual is essential. If I do not get any help with this I will have no other choice but to remove the unit and send back to Amazon
I bought 3 split units last year for an addition on my house. Two of them work beautifully but one does not. The air is fine but the heat does not work at all. I have tried to set it to different temperatures but it never blows warm air. I tried to use the warranty but it says to reach out through Amazon so that is what I am doing. I just need another unit as a replacement since something is wrong with this one.
I’m very sorry I purchased this product. I had it professionally installed and it only work for three weeks. Had everything doubled checked and it will not produce heat. There is no quality. I,m requesting my money back.
Ordered an AC and heating unit, only received AC unit. The instructions were horrible, I had to watch other brands product video to figure out how to install and wire. In addition, the description clearly stated it was a heating unit also, but this unit indicated on the display, as well as the remote as a heating unit, but there’s nothing heating about this unit ….bait and switch!In addition, when I went to return the item, they are making me pay the postage and shipping cost to return! There are two boxes, heavy boxes! Total rip off
