This is my second set of mini-splits in a barndominium I’ve lived in since 2010. Although I’d never heard of the brand, I read positive reviews and purchased a dual unit this spring and had a local HVAC company install them. They’ve worked great for a few months until an E4 error occured which indicated low pressure. The installer came back and found a loose fitting he missed.The best thing about these are the people at Della. I can’t tell you how responsive and dedicated they are to customer service which is unfortunatley rare these days. They respond quickly and offer suggestions for troubleshooting. If you’re considering these, rest assured, you’ll be pleased!
This item saved us money! We were quoted by quite a few professionals who wanted triple this amount. The unit doesn’t take up much room on the wall. Easy installation. My husband was able to get it installed in a day with no issues. The quality is better than I imagined. I have not noticed any leakage so far. It is a sleek white look.
Thought I was getting an excellent price for the unit. After installing, have 3 error codes and the units will not heat. Have called Della 3 times first was hung up on after explaining to the customer service rep that I couldn’t find a single HVAC technician in CT who was willing to work on it (had 3 cancellations after they found out the brand), call number 2, husband was told someone would email him a list of technicians in the area-that was 3 days ago, called again, was told a technician would call me back, nothing. We are pretty polite and patient on the phone. Do not buy Della products as there is zero support or help if anything goes wrong. The units we have are lovely, quiet, and not functional. So now I have lovely white vinyl wall art until I figure out how to return them.
Overall, this unit is great! Hired out of an install and it went well. Would be nice if they provided a little more copper but it works. They are very efficient! The unit is a little noisey with temperature changes. As the unit runs the coils or plastic creak and make cracking noises. It can be disturbing or alarming at night. Overall, it’s not terrible but if you need silence to sleep, don’t use these. Install seemed easy but I wasn’t the one to do the work.

Just what we expected. Fairly easy for my husband to install himself. Both units are super quiet!!!
Our home was built in 1949 in Texas, so we survive the hot summers with window units. We decide to invest in these mini split while renovating and we are loving them! Pretty easy to install, super quite, and they cool a very good area. Central Air is very expensive and we have found this to be a viable and affordable option! Very pleased with these!
