   Don’t expect the sellers to ever reply to you about anything, the wifi feature doesn’t work and the “manual” doesn’t show anything about this. Shipped with parts missing (fan guard did not arrive) but they don’t care. I’ve sent messages with no reply. The unit works great and it cools great but don’t expect anyone from the “company” to ever reply. Paying extra because it’s “wifi” is silly because they don’t cover that. It’s quiet and cools our home well, however.

   Bought 2 systems and had it professionally installed and both units are giving e1 error code and won’t blow cold air or work at all , oh and customer service is a joke called and said “ we are Florida based so we can’t help you “ I’m in Cali

   I bought this because of the WiFi capable… it is not. The company was difficult to deal with when trying to fix, had to verify I purchased the item after I sent them pictures of the item, before they would even make suggestions.The instructions have 5 different ways to supposedly reset the unit to connect to WiFi and all of them don’t work. They tried to blame it on my router, which is 2.4 band as they specified.Interesting that the unit instructions are for 5 different versions of the product and not the actual product. When you read the instructions they say things like, your unit may work in one of these 5 ways.Install, packaging and the rest of the product works as specified, but I definitely would not buy another one from this manufacturer.I’m purchasing a second mini split for another part of my house and it will not be from them.

   Hole is copper, resulting in Freon leak.

   I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARSDo not buy any Albott products. They will not provide tech support unless you buy directly from them. Amazon was the shipper and seller for the unit I bought and they refuses to provide any support for their product.

   1st off when it runs it does work correct. That being said let’s begin….You do have to have a vacuum pulled!! Don’t care what description says…($200) Check the flare connections, after 2 days it leaked all freon out….($800)bought freon) Flared connection again from factory leaked out. Hvac guy redone all flares. Left under pressure for 30 days. No leaks. Pulls vacuum and adds freon because I had already purchased it….($200) more…..you see where im going with this??? $1200 repairs and $500 for unit 12000btu 110v … $1700 plus the aggravation of no air when 100° and no heat when it was 20°. That’s my two cents. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

   I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I got surprised by the quality delivered from this product. It looks and feels very good quality. Both units are light, easy to install, it’s very quiet.The only downside I’ve found so far is their wi-fi Access Point (AP) only works on 2.4 GHz frequency band, so if you’re running a 5GHz network at your home, the app won’t work unless you lower the frequency. They need to update their platform and make it user friendly.Regardless, I been using the air conditioner for a week at this point and works pretty darn good!I hope it will continue running as well when heater is used during winter time then is money well spent.

   The item itself when uncovered from the box it had dents and all. But it did work, I reach out to the seller and they made it right by reimbursing what we thought fair. They responded in a timely manner. And overall I do want to say it works fine it does keep the room cold and it’s pretty silent close to no noise
