Bought for my late 1800’s house. Does a great job at keeping the living room comfortable. Pretty easy install with the pump kit they recommend.
Love this unit. It’s working great. The other Della unit I bought at same time is NOT. That’s why only a 4. Love the quietness, efficiency and capabilities of heating as well as cooling. It cools/heats our whole tiny little cabin.
This was best investment I’ve ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I’ve converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The remote is confusing really bad even with the instructions. No real video to watch on it and you can not out it on auto and set a temp. When you put it on auto which is what I use the most your temp is not settable. You can NOT set auto. Not even on the app. AUTO can not be set. I have not found anything anywhere that can tell me how to set auto. Otherwise this is perfect 👌 👍 🥰. I love it.
Does anyone know how to fix the H3 error code. We just got the product and installed today. H3 code won’t go away and the remote won’t work.
Bought this for my 12′ ×20′ shed now miniature home . Moved in January 1st 2024 . Now Feb 24 , week from this day remote to ac stopped running ac . Night light worked , batteries good . Just couldn’t turn it on off or Control temperature with it . Order for $20 another got in today . All works but night light on this one don’t work but everything else does , as of day one today. Wish me luck on this one . Always have spare remote on the Dela unit . Unit is doing great though so far after a month here in south west GA
Update: I don’t know what happened but the app suddenly logged my account out. When I logged in again, my device wasn’t there anymore and I’ve trying to add my mini split but when it goes to add hotspot it doesn’t show it so I’ve been stuck there, I don’t know what else to do and I’m waiting on a reply back from the seller now.Original:I’ve had it for a few months and so far It works great. It’s quiet and keeps the area nice and cool in the summer, I’m yet to try the heater pump. Will update when I use it.
When this unit was less than 5 months old it stopped working. We have three other Della units – two of them for 3 years and have had no issues. I have spoken with customer service technicians several times, and they called our technician as well to discuss the situation. Everyone at Della customer service has been very helpful to rectify this situation.
